Mark and Rebecca spent the first two weeks of August 2012 at Central St Martins in London, joining students from around the world at the service design summer school.
This intensive course provides an introduction to the tools and techniques of service design. The first week is predominently theory based while the second week sees theory put into practice as the students form small teams to answer live design briefs.
